All ZishaArts orders are shipped directly from Yixing, Jiangsu Province, China — the birthplace of authentic Zisha craftsmanship. Here's what to expect:

- Estimated delivery: 8–12 business days (Standard) / 4–7 business days (Expedited) depending on destination
- Carriers: We ship via China Post, ePacket, or international express (DHL / FedEx) depending on order value and destination
- Customs & duties: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your local regulations before ordering.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships
